Yael stone, a native of New York City-based Australian resident, portrayed Lorna Morello in Orange Is the New Black in 2013. Yael graduated from NIDA. Her early work experience has enabled her to work with Australia's top storytellers. Yael has had a long and successful career with a thriving career in Australia. A continuing collaboration with Australia's much-lauded director Neil Armfield culminated in the internationally-renowned production Diary of a Madman, in which she starred opposite Academy- Emmy- and Tony Award-winning actor Geoffrey Rush. Yael decided to make New York City her home after she was a part of the Brooklyn Academy of Music produced the critically acclaimed production. Yael founded The Cannery with her co-founders. Working from a studio in Bushwick, Brooklyn, the business supports the development of new writing as well as innovative, creative exploits.
